Welcome to Chinn’s Chapel!  We are a vintage United Methodist Church located in Copper Canyon, Texas, a rural area surrounded by the vibrant communities of Highland Village, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Double Oak and Argyle.  Our Chapel, built in 1877, serves as our place of worship each Sunday at 10:30am.

It would be a delight to welcome you to visit with us!

We believe that “some people just need a little church”.  If you are one of those special people, maybe Chinn’s Chapel will be just what you have been looking for!  Our mission is “to encourage followers of Jesus Christ to bring about God-honoring transformation of people and communities”.  We do this through worship, Bible-based learning, relationship-building, service opportunities, and faith-sharing.

Chinn’s Chapel is also the home of Mi Altar, an Hispanic Pentecostal church family, who meet each Sunday at 12:30pm for worship and fellowship.  All are welcome!

We host an AA meeting in our Fellowship Building for all who may benefit on Sunday evenings at 5:00pm.
